3. Your personal data in the scope of: name, surname, position, place of work, business email address, business telephone number have been provided to us directly by you or indicated by a representative of the company where you are employed.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) i.e. based on your consent.
5. Your personal data is processed in order for the Administrator to perform activities in the field of presenting a training offer, registering for training, participating in training, providing training materials, issuing and transferring a certificate of participation in training, as well as for archiving and evidentiary purposes related to the investigation claims and defense against pursued claims.
6. The recipients of your personal data may be: entities providing services to the Administrator, including consulting and auditing services, IT services, archiving and destruction of documents and marketing services, statutory auditors in connection with the audit.
7. Your personal data will be stored for the period: until the consent granted to the processing of personal data is withdrawn or for the period resulting from the general limitation periods for claims, counted from the date when the claims become due, depending on which of these events occurs later.
8. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to object, the right to transfer data.

10. Providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide personal data prevents participation in trainings organized by the Administrator and the implementation of other purposes indicated in point 5 above.
